My wife and I stayed here for a little anniversary staycation. We chose CJ’s place because of the very reasonable price, location, and his responsive and clear communication before and then during our stay. Having private garage parking was a huge perk for us, the closeness yet distance to the things we wanted to do...
I highly recommend this place. If I could give it a 10 star I would. Super clean, great convenient location.

This spot was absolutely perfect. It was extremely spacious for the six people in our group. It was within walking distance of many cool spots to eat and enjoy ourselves. The house was close to grocery stores, gas stations, and any other businesses you may need to frequent. I would 100% stay here again.
St. Joseph’s Historic neighborhood is the ideal blend of peace and convenience. The brick streets and tree-lined roads create a charming residential area, just minutes from Indy’s main attractions.

Having private garage parking was a huge perk for us, the closeness yet distance to the things we wanted to do was perfect (5 minute walks to The Garage, 15 minutes to downtown, and plenty of nearby walkable streets and neighborhood nearby), and access to and from the interstate is quick and easy. Everything was as described and there were no surprises between the listing and our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and have already made comments about staying here again if we are lucky enough to find the time to do it again. Thank you, CJ!

The cleanliness was what got me from the door... everything was clean!! There's plenty of room and the bedrooms were decent sized, the Master is BIG. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our 1st time in Indy! Only complaint was the refrigerator, and the pillows were awesome
Everything was great aside from a few minor maintenance issues. The refrigerator door was loose on its hinge causing improper closing
Great stay very attentive
CJ and Scott were great hosts! I would definitely recommend going here if you need a convenient and spacious spot to stay within the Indianapolis area. If you are a rock climber in town, you’ll be a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the best bouldering gym in town: North Mass Boulder. Also, the 2.5 baths in this place is crazy! Make sure to walk through the closet in the master bedroom to find the last one 🤩
Great home in a great neighborhood like home away from home. Although it’s close to the highway it’s a peaceful space to get away to
