The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Really cool speaker system throughout the house, that was a big plus. The place was clean and nice, seems like the house has been remodeled recently. Large backyard with a ton of space. We had an issue with the AC and the property managers were quick to respond and have somebody out to fix it within 30 minutes.

Fantastic place! We loved everything about it -the layout inside to the property outside -the record collection with turntable plus great indoor/outdoor speakers -amazingly curated art - fantastic fire pit (with wood for us there already!) - a bunch of cool history about the house Plus it was only a short distance from our relatives and the wedding venue! :) We saw deer in the yard and lots of other wildlife! We will be back!!
We stayed here for a friend’s weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Our large group fit very comfortably. We enjoyed the beautiful architecture and artwork throughout the home, as well as the beautiful nature surrounding the home. The home was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. It was a beautiful and peaceful stay. A close drive to saugatuck. Would highly recommend this rental!
The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of space to spread out. The surround sound music was great, as were the firepit, patios, screened in porch, etc. It was in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. However, the household supplies were quite spartan. You’ll need extra toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. There were no extra blankets, no Kleenex, no vacuum or cleaning sprays. We had to live in our own filth for 4 days. No aluminum foil, ziploc bags, or food storage containers were available, so when we cooked we just threw out leftovers. For a luxury 4 bedroom home, it was wild that we had to be “rationing” our supplies! (We did go to the store to get these items, but who wants to worry about this when on vacay?) Ridiculous.
Really cool speaker system throughout the house, that was a big plus. The place was clean and nice, seems like the house has been remodeled recently. Large backyard with a ton of space. We had an issue with the AC and the property managers were quick to respond and have somebody out to fix it within 30 minutes.
The home and property were beautiful and comfortable. The photos and info in the listing are accurate. The furniture and furnishings are nice. There is a lot of art on display with explanations and descriptions. There were a lot of LP records and a record player that worked with the tuner and whole house speaker system. The outdoor space is great with a fire pit, a bundle of firewood was provided. Property is managed by a local vacation rental company and the communication was good. We didn’t have any significant issues with the property. There were quite a few bugs in the upstairs bedrooms but the home is near a woods. The microwave didn’t work and the lightbulb was burned out in the refrigerator-neither was a problem for us but we did report it at checkout. The only real negatives were that 7 people for 2 bathrooms was sometimes challenging and the listing said soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Each bathroom had only a small hotel-size bottle of each and the smallest soap.
Just like pictured. Loved the interior design and the wildlife outside. Lovely place to stay.
This was a great location! Super spacious, very clean. The location was great, private but very easy to get downtown or to the water.
Lovely and clean home! Perfect location for privacy, but a quick drive to top local places.
Our family had a nice visit at this property. The house was clean and comfortable and the property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit and spacious backyard. We would definitely stay again.
The Mid Century Modern Home was beautiful. The family really enjoyed the classic vinyl records with the beautiful sound system. We had a ton of fun watching World Cup soccer in the beautiful living room. The large windows let nature in. The bathrooms were wonderful. Master bed and bath was really nice being a bit separated which gave the adults some privacy. Very walkable or bike rideable road to the beach or a morning walk. Great stay!
The home was beautiful and even better than what we expected. There was plenty of room for six adults. We enjoyed the spacious interior and beautiful surroundings of a home in the woods. If we go back to this area, we will definitely stay there again!
Amazing place to stay! Bedrooms upstairs are smaller but of you just need a place for people to sleep it’s great!
