Such a cool location, and the house had truly everything we needed! For a stay with our three kids five and under it was comfortable, safe, and cozy. We didn’t get to use the slide or hot tub due to lots of rain during our stay, but we loved the porches (especially the play area). A Publix is nearby for groceries, and...

Family-Friendly Details
A Pack ’n Play, booster seat, stair gates, outdoor playhouse with toys, children’s books, blocks, and puzzles are provided. A toddler swing, cornhole, and spacious decks offer more ways to spend time together outdoors.
Home Layout
The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen with a large dining table, a cozy living room with a Smart TV and sofa bed, and a home office area. The primary suite on this level has a king bed, a private bathroom, and deck access. A second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom, with a half bathroom nearby.
Downstairs, you’ll find a laundry room with a coffee nook and another suite with a queen bed, private bathroom, and access to the lower level deck. Outside, the two-level includes the hot tub, seating, outdoor dining, gym space, and a children’s play area with a slide. The large backyard has open green space and a fire pit.

The location was convenient for exploring Chattanooga, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend! Make sure you go across the street to the Mountain Memories store and visit Jeanne who is the granddaughter of Leo and Ruby Lambert. So much history!

Our three-generation family stayed at the Nest for family time, and it was PERFECT for all. It felt like being home. Amenities were great. Beds comfy. The couches were perfect for an afternoon nap. Our 6-year-old loved the slide. The hot tub was the best way to wind down after a long day at Rock City and the Aquarium. Great spaces to be together or to get some time alone, on the porch or in the home. The hosts were very responsive, and it was clear they truly were sharing their home with us.
It was such a peaceful place on the mountain.
Great stay. The location was perfect, close to everything we planned on doing. The house had a large enough living area that the family could all hang out comfortably, but had separate spaces for the introverts to escape to when needing a recharge. Everything was lovely. The house was clean from top to bottom, including the hot tub, which was pristine. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for meal preparation. Communication prior to arrival was good, and check out was easy. 10/10 would stay here again when heading to Chattanooga area.
My grandkids loved the house and slide, we cooked hotdogs and made s’mores in the fire pit. House was great for playing hide and seek. Location was great. Will definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful family vacation here! The kids had so much fun on the slide and rock wall! The kitchen could be a little more well appointed but it worked for the few days we were here!

This place was exceptionally kid friendly!! Located in a fantastic place right by ruby falls! The first time i was surprised by how large a AirBnB was instead of being surprised it was smallerbthan expected. We had kids 15,8, 2 and a baby with us. The kids all had dofferent things they loved about the house and they all loved the slide. We cant recommend this place enpugh and we plan on staying again in the future.
Our family enjoyed our stay at The Nest. It was conveniently located next to must see attractions and an easy drive to downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend.
