Urban Vista sits on a bluff along rural Ridgeland Road in Chattanooga Valley, with panoramic views of Lookout Mountain. Family-friendly extras include a Pack ’n Play, children’s plasticware, downstairs games, a stair gate on the main level, and white noise machines in every bedroom.
Meet The Goats!
Friendly goats visit the fence near the lower porch and hot tub. You’re welcome to pet them through the fence and feed them with the complimentary bag of grain provided. Ring the bell to let them know it’s feeding time!
Home Layout
From the front entry, the laundry room is on the right and a queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet is on the left. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Continue into the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and mountain views. Sliding doors lead to the back balcony, with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and wood-lined walls and ceilings.
Upstairs, a cozy king loft bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and closet space. Downstairs, the theater room has a projector, full-over-full bunk beds, a foosball table, and board games. The final king bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sliding doors from this bedroom open to the back patio and six-person hot tub with panoramic views.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The views were absolutely stunning, and the house itself was gorgeous—beautifully designed, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The cinema was such a great touch and the perfect place to relax and spend time together, especially for bigger groups. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the goats! 🐐 They were so friendly, adorable, and such great company. It was such a special and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

We had the best stay when we were in town for our daughters softball tournament. The home was just perfect and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Pristine condition, great amenities, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and the goats were an amazing added bonus! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay! Our children loved feeding the goats. The goats always came when we rang the bell to feed them. We loved the theater room with large bunk beds. We would definitely go back!
Had a great time at River City. Clean place with beautiful views. Some new homes down the street but homes across street are a bit old but neighbors don’t bother you. Easy to get to Chattanooga and highways.
Great place to stay with the family. The view and goats were an added plus.
Nice place dont get an uber will not pick you up there had to call lyft instead to go to down town is about 20 minutes away - It was very clean and if you just want a peaceful get away this works and the goat were a cute add on.
The house was neat and accommodating. The movie room was my family’s favorite hang out spot. We loved the goats. They were the highlight of my kids trip.
