Spacious, clean, great location. Hosts were accommodating. We had some issues with the Wifi during the stay---they were very attentive and did their best to address our concern. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Bella Vista House for my wife’s 55th birthday and it was amazing. The home is gorgeous, comfortable, and in a great location. It made the celebration feel truly special. We’ll definitely be back. Also had friendly neighbors

Our group of 7 sisters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodbrook in Saugatuck. One of my sisters has mobility issues and we really appreciated the main floor bedrooms and walk-in shower. The location was perfect for walking downtown, but was also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The screened-in porch was very nice for visiting in the cool fall weather. There were sufficient dishes, table service, and seating for dining together. Finally, although the address is St. Joseph Street, the front door is on Mary Street. This caused a bit of confusion locating the house, but we did all right. Using the keypad code for entry was very convenient.

The home was perfect for our trip with extended family. The property was exactly as described and the instructions from the rental company were very clear. The location was awesome and we could walk to everything downtown in minutes.
Great space for all our adult kids and us to spend a few days! Very easy walk to downtown. Great kitchen space and table. Overall clean, a few of the beds were harder than I would have liked. The screened in porch and abundant bedrooms were great! We spent most of our time in the kitchen and the relaxing porch!
This house has a lovely location, suitable for our multi generation family vacation. We were able to walk anywhere in town that we needed to go to, coffee, a cocktail or the playground. The house itself is adequate- it was clean and functional- but some updates to this house would make it go from good to great!
The house accommodated our family very well with the number of bedrooms while the kitchen was large so we were able to prepare meals without bumping into each other. The location was ideal with easy walking access to town. The house is a perfect place for a large group of people.
The location is great and the place was overall nice, though a few things need attention to improve the stay for future guests. The air conditioning in half of the house (where 2 bedrooms and the main area are) doesn’t function well and that part of the house runs very hot (and uncomfortable) when it is hot and/or humid outside. Additionally, this house sleeps many guests. The items provided (e.g., 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 paper towel rolls, to name a few) were not sufficient for a multi night stay for a guest count of 9, which is just not acceptable for the price paid. We ran out of these items in day 1. Finally, our place was not ready at the stated time. While we were given a late checkout as a result of that inconvenience, on the departure date the cleaners arrived before the time offered to get out of the house by. This was also very frustrating.
Location of the house was excellent. Walkable to everything in town. Property was clean but needs updates. Especially the beds.
Had a great time!
