Beautiful, clean, spacious house. We loved staying here!
Great place to stay; plenty of space for our group. The porch is a fantastic place to sip coffee and enjoy the view. The teens enjoyed the pool table and “vintage” video games. The house was clean and comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond if needed. Would stay here again. Super easy check in and check out.

Enjoy all the amenities including a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, video gaming, and large Smart TVs throughout, along with a private hot tub and outdoor fire. Two fully stocked kitchens and two living areas across multiple levels give everyone room to spread out and reconnect.
Home Layout
Towering double doors open onto the main level, with 10-foot ceilings and large windows framing the mountains. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area connects to a covered deck with comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace. The primary suite has a king bed, a twin trundle bed, and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in rainfall shower. This level also has a half bathroom, a bedroom with a full bed and desk, and a laundry room with access to the carport.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a media room with a large TV and two arcade consoles loaded with more than 6,000 games. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a bunk/trundle arrangement with two twin beds and one full bed, plus a separate twin bed.
Downstairs, the "Bear Cottage" game room has an 8-foot pool table, a 9-foot vintage shuffleboard table, a Simpsons arcade game, bar seating, and a 65-inch TV. Around the corner are the second kitchen and a living area with a sofa, beanbag chairs, and another theater-style TV. Down the hall are two bedrooms, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom has access to the shared bathroom and a walk-in closet with a full-size crib. The bunk room has two queen beds with two twin beds overhead.
Kitchens & Outdoor Cooking
Both kitchens include pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, and a slow cooker. Medium-roast coffee and filters are provided for your early mornings. Cooking oils and spices are not supplied. Two outdoor grills are available.
Family-Friendly Details
The home provides two Pack ’n Plays, a crib, two high chairs, board games, children’s toys, arcade games, and children’s plastic dishes. There are three smart TVs downstairs, two on the main level, and one in the upstairs media room. Please use your own accounts for streaming services.

Exceptional place to stay!
We booked this house for my brother’s wedding. It was a beautiful home that was big enough for a large extended family. We had a blast and my kids did not want to leave!
I rented out the Woodland Lodge for our church youth retreat. It was big enough for everyone and homey. It's located on a beautiful private hill across some mountains, but still 15 mins away from town. We had a wonderful time and the River City Vacation Rentals were so communicative and responded fairly quickly! This place is seriously a gem!
We loved our stay here! It was spacious and beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed for our family and grandchildren. We enjoyed gathering on the deck to talk. Would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our time at this home. There are a lot of things the host does to make everything very easy: check-in, responsiveness, and very clear instructions for everything. There were a few things noted to the team throughout the weekend, but they were super responsive and accommodating. We will absolutely book this beautiful home again.
Great space to relax with large family
We had a huge family vacation and this house was perfect for our needs. We had the whole suite downstairs for my sister and all her children so they could have their privacy and the space for everyone else was great. We had a lot of people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. We also had some family photos done and the location was beautiful for that. My only recommendation would be to specify just how steep the driveway is because it’s quite a shock at first lol but the property is very private and nice and peaceful. I would absolutely book here again!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were accommodating when we asked for more start-up supplies since we were at max capacity. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, including seasonings. Hosts were very responsive. The Airbnb lists a ton of rules and fees for every little thing so just be aware of them and read through them thoroughly to decide if that’s right for you. Overall, great stay!
