Home Base started in Indianapolis, Indiana; the home of Hoosier Hospitality. There, we began our mission of creating a world-class hospitality company through short term rentals. Since then, Home Base expanded into multiple states and remains committed to delivering exceptional experiences for every guest that stays in a Home Base property.
Scott and Gabe began as STR investors before starting Home Base management. By keeping the investor lens, we anticipate needs of homeowner clients; we prioritize your performance and the guest experience to consistently enhance the quality of your properties. We understand that property care leads to happy guests; happy guests leads to strong reviews; and strong reviews leads to healthy financial returns.
Scott is an executive at AirDNA, the leading Short Term Rental data analytics platform. Prior to joining AirDNA, Scott built his own STR portfolio of a dozen short term rental properties, before founding Home Base and scaling the business without any outside capital.

Gabe owns and manages a real estate fund, raising capital from investors to finance successful deals across the U.S. Before founding Home Base, Gabe deployed more than $1.0 billion in equity capital from global institutional investors across multiple transactions and industries in Private Equity.
