There are 2 private parking spots in the back driveway of the house. There is also street parking in front of the home.
This bungalow is located in a diverse neighborhood bordering Churchill Downs. The neighbors are friendly & we know them all by first name. There is always a possibility for noise given that it is in a downtown neighborhood & close to Churchill Downs. If you have any questions about the area, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
You’ll have access to the entire home & 2 private parking spots in the back.
-Lock all doors & windows when leaving.
-Place any loose trash in trash cans.
-Please use paper towels to clean up messes. Please do not use our white bath towels for cleaning or make up removal.
-No candles or open flames are permitted.
