Monon Yard Abode is very special to us as an investment and as a home (our family stays here frequently as well), so we ask that all guests respect the place, property and furnishings as though they were your own.
Accordingly, here are a few house rules that we ask of all our guests in addition to those listed above:
– Smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, inside AND outside.
– Please remove shoes upon entry.
– Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
