In the kitchen, you’ll find cabinets with granite countertops and a tiled backsplash. All new appliances in the kitchen as well! This home has a beautiful fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. This house is the perfect layout for families! Guests enter into the cozy living room with sofa, chairs, and ROKU TV. Beyond the living room is the eat-in kitchen. A dining room table for 6 sits in a bay window. The newly finished kitchen with new appliances is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Just bring your food! We have a Keurig Coffee maker and supply the coffee pods. There is a back door in the kitchen that leads to a large, fenced in back yard. Very private. We have a back deck with table and chairs. The first floor features another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo; and also has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The washer and dryer are in the basement.
This property has free street parking directly in front of the house. Please be mindful of street parking signs, for there may be certain times during the week when parking is not allowed. There is also a driveway to the right of the house that can fit 2 vehicles. Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. Most destinations can be reached in 15 minutes or less. Our city thrives on Lyft and Uber. Download the apps on your phone and be anywhere within minutes. Nulu and Downtown also offer a Bike Share Program, LouVelo, and scooters, Lime and Bird.
This is a managed property and, unlike a hotel, no one is on site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need anything at all, but please don’t bother the residents in the main house.

Our home is located in the Bradley neighborhood of Louisville, just north of the airport and with easy interstate access. You’ll also be just a few minutes south of Old Louisville and Downtown. The neighborhood itself is very walkable and there are many restaurants and local hot spots within a few minutes of the home.
Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to your arrival and will include information related to your stay and property access. Check out is at 10 AM. We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss.
