You’ll have complete and private access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The property has a convenient self-check-in system, so you can arrive anytime using a keypad entry.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out:
We are happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75, and a late checkout fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment, thank you!
Check-Out:
Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten: don’t forget to look under beds, under couches, etc. We’re happy to ship your items back to you, but do charge a $35.00 fee plus shipping/handling to return items. Please check out on time unless otherwise approved and late check out is paid for in advance as a courtesy to our cleaning team and our incoming guests. No need to notify us when you’ve left as long as you leave by your scheduled check out time 🙂
House Rules:
Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors – this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted.
No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. The smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance!
If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray.
If the home has a dishwasher, please run whatever dishes were last used upon check out to help our cleaners get a head start. Thank you!
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are asking our guests to conserve toilet paper as much as possible. Our supply is very limited. Please consider other guests who are coming after you. Thank you very much!
In the rare event of a lockout or for any other emergencies, please contact us via phone or text, we have a team devoted to being available 24/7 to help in any way we can throughout your stay.
