This bungalow is located in a diverse neighborhood bordering Churchill Downs. The neighbors are friendly & we know them all by first name. There is always a possibility for noise given that it is in a downtown neighborhood & close to Churchill Downs. If you have any questions about the area, please don’t hesitate to reach out!Access
